I received a welcome drink upon arrival and ricardo gave me a detailed explanation of city attractions. he was very friendly. the hotel's location was great. Everything was easily accessible, made exploring so simple and convenient. the hotel was super clean.
the walls seemed a little thin, i could sometimes hear noise from the hallway. it wasn't a major problem. but it was noticeable.

The superior double room featured beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings. It. the room also included excellent amenities and was kept very clean by housekeeping staff. the space was definitely spacious.

The hotel staff was always available and ready to help with any questions. I was pleased to discover a nice wine bar right at the entrance. It added a touch of local flavor. My room was renovated well and included a large shower, which i appreciated. The location was close to the waterfront and shopping areas. It made exploring the city easy.
This meant carrying luggage up the stairs.

My room featured a modern design with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was comfortable and the linens felt very soft. I also had a small seating area with a table.

The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Check-in was quick and easy. They offered helpful tips for local attractions. I really appreciated their attentiveness.

The staff was very cute and helpful. i liked that they gave great insight on what to do and what they recommended. the location is really good. I often returned to the room for a quick stop.
i found that the music from the restaurant kept me awake until 1 am both nights. i was located at the back of the building, and it was quite loud. earplugs are a good idea
